I was published in a sports editorial piece back in 1990 as well, where I clarified why Miami deserved the 1989 National Championship over Notre Dame, who we crushed 27-10 over the Thanksgiving break in the Orange Bowl.

The Queen visited a local building in my town in London, and so we went to stand outside and see her go in (by we I mean, me, my brother, and two/three of my cousins, I actually forget who was there). A photographer was outside taking photographs of the bystanders, and took one of me and my cousins. It was printed in the paper.

In 6th Form, my Media class went to see 'The Terry and Gaby Show' (or at least I think that's what it was!). So we were on TV in the shots of the crowd.

A couple of years ago I was in a local newspaper. The college I worked for opened up the Enrollment Services Center. It's a combination of Registrar, Financial Aid, Educational Planning and counter services. They took a picture of me helping a student at the counter.

I couldn't believe it when I saw it.

I was in the paper quite a bit in high school, I was a good runner.
I was also on TV for running, but to to be honest they were doing a story on the guy who got first place. (I was second.)

14 yrs ago: For several months (over course of academic year) I wrote anonymous opinion pieces under byline of "Cynical Girl" in college's campus magazine. Included tiny photo of my face with sneering expression & spiked black hair but I was safely unrecognizable (from that image).

Further to my post in this thread I am pretty sure I was also in the local paper for karate. We'd have group photos on there after gradings, sometimes.

Yes. The whole lot, National and Local TV, plus local and national newspapers. I am not going to stick the full story here though.

in a promotional video for work which outlined what my workplace is all about and that they were beginning fundraising for a new building (which we have just moved into within the last 4 weeks), this video was done in 2002 and was poorly edited, it was the closest to being on tv, though there were 2 brief spells on TV as well, again to do with my work

Newspapers I was mentioned in an article to do with work yet again, no picture though

I have been on the radio a couple of times too but that is a story for another thread

I was in The Houston Chronicle (Houston's official paper) in 1991 and I've been on TV three times. Once on the news at the zoo in 2000 or so, once for some program on Discovery Kids in 2005, and a couple weeks ago waiting in line to meet Amanda Bynes just three weeks ago for MTV.

I co-wrote a joke song that was published in the U of L Dental School paper, The Abcess.

I was in a news clip presenting arguments against putting a toxic waste storage facility across the street from me.

I was mentioned in the local newspaper several times in middle school for honor roll and in high school I was in a band so our shows got listed from time to time.

I had a letter to the editor posted in a neighboring town last summer. I have my own chapter in an upcoming book that a researcher interviewed me on.

I was in the commercial for the place where I work, it was just a local commercial through and we've shot a new one since then. I think I'm in it also but haven't seen it yet so don't know if I ended up on the cutting room floor or not. It was really weird, people would come up to me and say your the girl on the commercial huh? Labpet is proably the only other person here who saw it through.

Several of my old classmates-- my friend and classmate Melissa Lockey-Chatham, my classmate Mallory Lawton, my acquaintance and classmate Callie Montour, my acquaintance and classmate Shawnee Jacobs, my acquaintance and enemy Kayla Vanderbanck... they've all been in newspapers online! Just type their names into Yahoo orr Google! :D

I know my name has been in the paper when I was in middle school for being on the honors roll. I definitely know I was on TV when I was in choir. We all had to go to Missoula because we had a music festival there at a high school and there was this news crew and they picked us to be in the news. They did a report on us. Sadly, I didn't watch it that night. :(
I know I have appeared in the crowd on the big screen when I was at a Blazers game when I was ten or eleven but I dunno if it was being record live on TV. It could have been during halftime.

I think that's it.
