I`ve been going clubbing most of the week and now I have a night life. Can`t fall asleep before 4-5 am. I sleep till about noon. Set the alarm for 10 am, so by not enough slept to go to bed on time. Everything is Ok, but the next day again sleepwalked all night. What to do now? Friends say try https:/ They say it cuts down hard. What will you advise?

I have a very inconsistent sleep schedule nowadays so if I had insomnia I would just assume it was due to that. I had bad insomnia sometimes when I was single thou. I was very lonely & HATED sleeping alone. I had some other sleep disorders then too. Having a girlfriend now that I'm living with helps alot & so does being on the rite psych meds.

I have a whacked out sleep schedule. It usually leads to me being up all night and sleeping into the day, but sometimes I end up sleeping at night and waking up really early in the morning. I just sleep when I feel like it, I don't really have much control over my sleep patterns.

Naturally I do not have insomnia, but I give myself insomnia at night by sleeping too much in the day. Having afternoon naps is my way of meditating, but sometimes I can sleep for over 2 hours. People say not to nap more than 20 minutes, but if I done that I'll wake up groggy and crave more sleep. Waking up after a 2-hour long nap makes me feel refreshed and ready to go. I work evenings by the way.

I have initial insomnia. Some nights it's worse than others.
