I also like disaster shows, but they're all formulaic so I lost interest eventually:

Grey's Anatomy
ER
The Unit
Cold Case
Cold Squad
Criminal Minds
Close to Home
Justice
True Crime
Law & Order-- Criminal Intent, Special Victims Unit
The Sopranos (a little bit)
Intelligence
America's Most Wanted
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (Las Vegas)
CSI: Miami
CSI: New York
I think there were others too!

At the moment, only the X-Files which are being shown in a chronological order. Futurama and Stargate are just boring to me now.

It's time to play the music! It's time to light the Lights! It's time to put on makeup! It's time to dress up right!

I love QI.

I also watch programmes like Have I Got News for You and, on the rare occasion that good ones are on, documentaries.

same here, it is a funny little show, and i like the notion of giving points for an interesting wrong answer, instead of a boring correct one =)

Right now, I always watch:

12 Corazones (a Spanish language dating game show in the USA)
Survivor
America's Next Top Model
Suzy Orman (Saturday Nights on CNBC)
Keeping Up Appearances
Are You Being Served?

I also like to download (using Bit Torrent) British TV comedies, like The Mighty Boosh and Peep Show.

The British make absolutely the best comedies, like The Office, Extras, The Two Ronnies, Coupling, and anything with Rowan Atkinson or Ricky Gervais. I have to rely on Bit Torrent to get most of these--a lot of them are much to saucy for American Public Television.

I used to watch The Simpsons, but I've been over-saturated, so I don't care so much any more.

Its always been my goal to know and be able to do everything. So I found myself attracted to MacGyver

Interestingly enough, I think I learned to like Richard Dean Anderson's quirks and so now I own all 10 seasons of Stargate SG1 on DVD. My family and I are going through them again (all except my oldest son who is in denial and thinks that only dorks like Stargate. His newest girlfriend likes it though and so I still have hopes for him).
