Imparatives like earning money and caring for somebody.

My ultimate desire one day is to be a family man, I want to be a good provider and every day I think about trying to make that happen. I work hard, invest somewhat wisly and try my hardest to date.

The unconscious, I think. I do what my dreams tell me to do. :)

how do you manage to get your dreams to be so directional/guiding ? Mine, when i can remember more than last few minutes, seem to be strange and beautiful stories, mysteries, panic rooms, sometimes horny, but i wouldn't have the faintest idea what to DO as a result of one. Sometimes write them down, but nothing else.

I interpret some of them. That sounds like it's easy, but it isn't. A Jungian friend helped me for a few years and now I'm flying solo 8O If I understand 10% of the them, I'm lucky, but they can be life-changing, if you are committed to it. It takes a trained analyst to interpret someone else's dreams in any depth but if you're interested in learning how to understand your own, I could recommend some books to get you started. PM me if you're interested. :)

Love, although not in a conventional sense.

it's a mixture of love and curiousity. the thought of the sorrow that would exist in others lives if i ceased to exist keeps me going and the curiousity of life.

I'm driven by wanting to live a useful, purposeful life and to be all my Lord wants me to be. Life isn't easy, but it's amazing how merciful my Lord is to this wretched sinner! I long to please him, and what a joy it is that he is coming soon-everything he said would happen before his return is coming to pass!

Curiosity, for there was no Power.

Fame but not in the goddy goody version.

The power to control events outside of myself.

To Rule.

Curiosity.

Popular, isn't it.

I suppose it's another of our non-survival traits.

Tell one of us that we shouldn't do something, because it will hurt... and what do we do?
