Truly unique; as in same thing can not be found anywhere else in the world?
My drawings, collection of my writings, my handwriting !, my dozen or so Bionicle creations, stones, crystals, shells, 4 pieces of handmade ( glazed, smoked, or raiku, which actually means " the happiness of chance" ) pottery bought at craft fair, tree branches. Probably the dust is the most unique thing in my room. A special blend of me and my clothes and the outside world.
Lots of things actually.

I have a book I'm writing as the most unusual thing in my bedroom, but my lounge is much more interesting,
I have in my lounge all forms of video reproduction and an audio system that kicks ass bigtime.
I don't think many people have a restored and working 1950's phillips rf8 valve radiogram hooked up to a modded xbox for sweet audio and gameplay...... :D

An old leather marble bag, filled with old vintage marbles. I found it in an abandoned farmhouse. Shooters and all... steelies, bloods, cat's eyes... you name it its in there.

A book bound in Mission Leather called, "This is My Country" with maps, tabulations, pictures of the US and such by Rand McNally printed in 1944. Filled with excellent descriptive facts about the US in 1944... topography... soil... climate... principle argriculture... minerals... products... fabulous.

Hundreds of agates and interesting rocks I found along the shores of Lake Superior

A vintage wood desk called "The Secratype"

A very old Quaker style rocker with leather seat.

A galvanized steel milk box... by Troy Milk Distributers.

A vintage alarm clock. The kind you just hit with your palm on the top to shut it off...

Lot's of vintage items... old things make me feel good.
