One thing at a time. In order for me to do two things at once, one of them has to be half-heartedly listening to music or doing a poor job of the other thing while paying full attention to the music.

I can do many things at a time...however, when I do this it isn't very successful anyway. I usually do one thing at a time as it's more effective for me to complete tasks this way.

I don't need to run - I'm as impervious to a ground-zero nuclear explosion as Arnold Schwarzenegger was in Predator :P

Also, I can listen to music and type/read a book, and when I'm at work I can kinda, sorta do some work while talking (but not very well).
