I wear make-up only for special occasions (parties and such). It makes me feel more attractive and gives me more confidence.
I'm not into hair products, though. The sensation of having something in my hair is just unpleasant.

I'm female, and I can't stand wearing make-up. It feels horrible on my skin, and it makes me feel like I'm being dishonest about my looks. All that fashion about using colours (blue/green/brown/etc) on your eyelids and cheeks and stuff just creeps me out, too.

I never wear make-up because I see no point in it. It feels horrible, like having parts of another face stuck on :?

I really don't like makeup, and I would really prefer not to if any kissing and such is going to be involved. I would want to feel the natural textures of skin. I think makeup that is plastered on too heavily is unattractive. The only time I have worn it is for concerts on stage, plays on stage, and only certain occasions where it is 'required'.

I want to use it for stage, because the lights are bright, and my skin color will look too bright/white under it without makeup on. I don't like feeling that stuff on my face for hours, let alone have to touch it up over and over again. And the days I used to clean the makeup off. 'sigh' Sometimes the washing machine got it out of the towel, sometimes it didn't. ugh.

One reason I might hate makeup is the fact that when I was a child, there were at least two girls and one adult that wanted me to wear it. The adult counselor put it on one time, and it scared me nearly to death. It was like someone just pasted another face onto mine.

i wear it But not alot of it. i think it looks really unactractive if you cover your face in it. i prefer the look in which it looks like youve got no makeup on but you have :D
I couldnt live without Mascara right now though. Or concealer. But yah.

No, only the times my family forced it on me on special occasions. It makes me feel clownish, and clowns scare me. It's so expensive and time consuming and IMO, ugly.

One thing I do is curl my eyelashes though. I have very droopy and long eylashes like Snuffleupagous on Semame Street. I already have sad looking eyes, so I feel better curling them. No mascara though, I hate that stuff even more than eyeshaow. And it always makes me want to pull on my eyelashes, as it's an extreme sensory sensitivity to me.

Not having makeup on makes me look too young, but I feel like that's still better than how makeup looks on me. I'm usually not trying to attract anyone, but if I were, I'd want them to like my face without the mask.

I wear makeup, but not much. I like some powder to even out my skin and keep it from getting shiny, a little lip gloss with just a hint of color and a bit of eyeliner. I don't like looking made up.

I've worn makeup, but I don't like it. Also I'm too lazy for wearing it everyday and I feel I lose a lot of time while I could be playing videogames or making something more interesting.

Yeah, and that's how I view makeup. I like to look natural (and feel natural!) but I use a bit of powder and concealer to even out my skin tone and get rid of oiliness, etc. The point is that I feel more confident with it...but I don't want to look like a completely different person with the makeup v. without!

I'm intermittant with makeup with a tendancy to overdarken the eyes.

If I'm going somewhere other than the grocery store/quick trip, yes. Mainly because I have lots of red/purplish marks leftover from past acne, which really stands out due to my skin being so pale. Not all of us were blessed with nice skin that looks fine on its own.
So.. I usually wear some eyeshadow, and powdered mineral foundation (not a ton, just enough to sort of even out things). I would prefer liquid foundation but I've yet to find any brand that makes a shade light enough for me unfortunately.

meh, i don't really see the point putting on makeup to improve your looks. but wearing it as art is a different matter =]

hypocritically, i do wear abit of lipgloss and i think i'll move to mascara soon. but i'm a minimalist =P

I wear a little make-up when I go out to someplace other than the store. I never bothered after I was diagnosed with fibro. Using a bit more effort on my appearance is part of the whole dragging myself up in the mornings.
