sounds yummy, but every day? i love avacado, too. so good with lime and salt. ps- that's how i eat my tuna, too..minus the spinach.

Once in the habit I can definitely eat the same things every day. As for Avocado I just let it get good and ripe and spoon it out of the shell. You should dry adding the spinach to your tuna it adds a good amount of extra nutrition and it tastes great.

i'll try it. i love tuna. when i go to subway i get everything on my tuna..cucumbers, green peppers, black olives etc. today i just had a plain veggie sub. it was delish.

Chicken liver, onion and black trumpets in a cream sauce with rice and Brussel sprouts. For lunch I had a couple of sandwiches, a cherry tomato, some cashew nuts and an apple strudel yoghurt.

Today the only actual meal I had was spaghetti with olive oil and a punch of some other stuff. Yesterday I think I had frozen strawberries and raspberries and vanilla ice cream, and a microwaved dinner that consisted of a piece of pizza, some corn and some chocolate brownie cake s**t. :) Oh, I also had a bowl of Apple Jacks cereal and some frosted Mini Wheats.
