OMG, did Willy Nelson die?

Yes Steve Irwin's was another shock, I liked his quirky personality on those crocodile shows. That was sad and he had left a little family who were are also wildlife enthusiasts.

I'd probably say that Princess Diana's death was the most shocking. Probably the second most shocking death was that of Steve Irwin.

Personally, one death that was the greatest shock was when a friend of mine from college was murdered by his dad who then killed himself. That friend was only 19 at the time.

it was sad that Steve Irwin died but I can't say it was that much of a shock I always suspected him of dieing by an alligator bite or something.

I believe everyone did. That was just something you were just waiting to hear about, then he dies and it was from a sting ray. Totally unexpected.

and the sad thing was that if he had left the stinger in him he could have had a chance to live.

^I was going to say the same thing. I think it was weird that he died from a sting ray and not something as dangerous as a crocodile. Nevertheless, it was still a nasty surprise to me.

Brandon Lee and Phil Hartman.

My dog Caleb.

A boy that dated my step sister named William.

My aunt C., just a week after we visited Mama and all of them.

Then my dad and uncle D. died within a year of Papa's death.

Two people have died from sting-ray stings before. Always in the same way, when the barb hit the chest of a swimmer swimming above. So it was just a statistic, his death. Not something ironic and spectacular, like it should have been.

Steve Irwin totally, he was like some kind of invincible superhero to me. A dude that just didn't die. And the last Pope that died, because it was the first time a pope died in my lifetime so I was like OMG popes die?! I have accurate memory from when I heard of these persons dieing.

It is odd that he by accident died by a stingray, I guess unlike the crocs, he was unprepared.

I think my personal loss even though I've had many pets was my cat who was a tabby point siamese named Casper, he was like a close family member. Definitately had a ton of personality. It's still something that's bugged me. Anyway, I just wanted put that one down. I thought it was just sensative me that grieved over pets, I guess as it turns out, I'm not the only one.

Steve Irwin's death was a bit of a shock for me. I don't see why people expected him to die, most of the stuff that he did was considerably safer than a drive down the interstate.

It was safer only because he knew what he was doing. If his reflexes were just a little off...

Moot point, though, really.
