Pet peeve of the day: people who don't know the difference between regime, regimen and regiment.
Had a doctor today use regiment, which means "Military. a unit of ground forces, consisting of two or more battalions or battle groups, a headquarters unit, and certain supporting units". (dictionary.com). The correct word is regimen, when discussing medications. Doctors should know better.

I beg to differ, Tim Tex. I may be from Arizona, but my mama and her folks are from Texas and my daddy's folks are from Arkansas, so I'm more than a little Southern. I even speak with a Texan accent from spending every summer visiting relatives when I was a child! And let's face it, Southerners are the only ones in this country who know how to use the 2nd person plural correctly (y'all). :)
