I used Norwegian salmon, which is brough here in boats over ice, not frozen. Delicious and inexpensive. I put cucumber strips and shallots inside the rolls too. I made some Nigiri with the remaining salmon. Lotsa soya sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger. Mmm..this stuff must contain something addictive... :D
