I get confused when people change their avatars... Although I am slowly getting round to names. Images are better than looking at people. I don't think I'll bother with an avatar...

Yep avatars are important, I am even critical of those that just pick an avatar from the ones supplied, but then I have always been pretty anal.

who the hell are you? noob without avatar...

Speaking of avatars, you - officially - win the internet. The whole goddamn thing. And then some. :lmao:

Ummm...Identify people visually. Do not like it when they change their avatars or do not have them.

Yes, it is easier to find users by avatar, one of the easier ones is strapples.

And me, the only thing I recently did to my avatar was invert the colors. For holiday specific reasons.

As long as there's something for me to latch onto. I can't remember 2ukenkerl's avatar, but everytime I see his posts I recognize em. There's ALWAYS caps somewhere in his posts. :) Also, he has an odd name. The avatars with photos are neat, seems more personal. I read a post from Keith, and think this comes from a shy deep thinker, Ana-Banana's posts seem to come from person who thinks cooly under stress. I like to associate the posters with the posts, natural thing.
