I like how old clothes feel. The new clothes I love the smell of are clothes from India. They smell like incense! I put incense in my clothing drawers to try to get that smell.

I guess, I got a new broad brim hat, the realy Australian looking type, and I am enjoying the smell. I also got a new book aswell and it smells nice, not as nice as a book I bought a bit over a month ago when it was new.

I'm indifferent towards the smell.

I'd rather have clothes washed before I wear them, but sometimes I'm just too impatient

lol, i second that :P

I once took a class taught at a teacher's house.
I was the first to arrive one morning and caught her lighting incense.

"Why are you burning incense?" I asked.

Her reply was that she'd just finished breakfast and her whole house smelled like coffee, bacon, eggs and oatmeal.

My next question was "what is wrong with that?".

They should be making bacon and egg air freshener... I'd buy it...

Especially pulp stuff...I've been collecting The Batman Chronicles lately and I love it because it smells like a real comic book =)

I have a black top that I bought a while ago that still smells new, even after several washes now. I couldn't wear it after the first wash...the smell of it was still so strong it made my sinuses hurt 8O
I usually wash everything before I wear it for the first time. Just in case some smelly, sweaty person tried it on in the shop.
