Nothing... this thread just reminded me of a joke from one of the Austin Powers movies.

Shmoke and a pancake, anyone?

Perfumistas :x - because they exist only to stink up the air with their chemical colognes and perfumes, not to mention leaving a trail of the stuff on everything they touch.

Metrosexuals (aka. highly fashionable, male, pink shirt wearing latte sippers)
Emo's
Skinheads/neo-nazis/racists
Freemasons
Teenyboppers
Beauty queens/models/fashionistas
Bogans
Goreans
BDSM (the psychological aspect is interesting, but the sexual side and seeing all the equipment, furniture etc. just freaks me out)
Jehovahs Witnesses

Metrosexuals are so annoying. Why would any girl want to date a straight guy who goes out of his way to appear like camp gay? I've seen some so extreme they wear pink, fake a lisp, and carry their little man purses.

I agree about most perfumes. some have a slight hint of freshly baked cookies and I love these ones :D

all in moderation though.

Go do my laundry, cook my food, mow my lawn, wash my car, and fetch me a beer first and I'll tell you all about it during commercials.

Fratboys - The studio I record at is in a college town and one thing I've learned is that there are just certain areas you avoid. That would of course be the frat ghettoes. If you see giant greek letters, sand in front yards, and couches on porchs turn around and find a different way, there's nothing good there. People talk about tearing down crack houses all the time but I think we should shift our focus to tearing down frat houses instead!

Neo-Nazis/Skinheads/KKK - The state I live in (Michigan) is dotted with fascist enclaves. People who do things like beat up a Black man within an inch of his life for dancing with a white woman. Like throwing white paint on the Joe Louis fist. Like going around white neighborhoods distributing National Socialist propaganda door to door. Those kinds of people. Their main base of support is white automotive workers. The UAW is full of fascists and I can't stand them either.

blue_bean, I wouldn't say bogans were a subculture. Lamentably they're pretty much part of the mainstream - certainly in the area I live in.

Oh, don't even go there! The college town I was refering to was Ann Arbor, which is nothing compared to East Lansing. I wouldn't even bother with that place. It is undeniably the frat capital of the world.

Is stupidity a sub-culture? It's a disease run rampant in many sub-cultures/stereotypes.

I see people in college still using their fingers for simple math when they dont have a calculator handy. You would think that people would need higher qualifications to enter college. Although I know people have their strengths and weaknesses, even if you are weak at it you should be able to, if not learn, then memorize that 2 + 3 = 5 without going.

" 2 + 3 = uhhhh 3, 4, 5!! !!"

I understand some amount of trouble with things like this since I didn't even begin to slightly understand sarcasm until I was well into my teens (yes that caused quite a bit of confusion on both sides haha) but with time I came to understand it and recognize it easily, in a similar way many of my weaker areas were strengthened so I can't fathom why these people dont even try to strengthen the areas that they are weak at.
