Britain - chavs (dodgy people who do drugs and think they're cool). I'm in Britain and it is true.

America - dumb, fat, and greedy. Not really true, judging from when I went to America, but I did see one kid in a pushchair eating two massive turkey legs at the same time, it was gross.

China - everyone has pet dragons and eats rice, like that Disney movie Mulan. (I thought that was true til I was about 10, LOL)

Italy - mob culture, as well as everyone eating spaghetti and all.

France - snobby people drinking wine (my dad says that's true).

Mexico - poor people eating tacos.

That's all I can think of for now.

The thing about Britain is that we are host to many stereotypes. Let's see how many we can think of:
1) Toffs, everyone still things it's the 19th century and the sun never sets on the British Empire.
2) Everyone is Cockney. Everyone.
3) Chavs on every corner.
4) The Scots. 'Nuff said.
5) The Welsh. In the UK, sheepshagging choir boys with a vowel deficiency. Outside of the UK "What state is Wales in?" -- George W Bush to Charlotte Church

hahaha you included foods for them! i totally forgot that! theres something automatically comical about the latinamerican foods, the way theyre pronounced. tacoooos! tamaleeees! burritooooos!

norwegians eat fish fish fish and fish. africans dont eat, or they eat sand and rocks small enough to swallow (aw, that was cruel ) arab people eat flame spiced with chilli and more flame. americans eat blubber, and chunks of beef and fat ARRRRRR slurp!
russians like their soup. cus russians are poor

I've thought of one for Russia as well. They all wear those funny fur hats, they're communists, and they drink straight vodka.

(My dad drinks straight vodka, LOL.)

thats why i want contributions! there's always one more stereotype for each culture

my aunt in spain got herself a "bf" (can you say "boyfriend" when theyre both 40+ ?) okay:
ukrainian, ex-soviet submarinist, ice-cold personality and LOVES his vodka.
he also looks very russian (tall, muscular, "dirty blonde"), he is THE russian stereotype, except hes ukrainian, but pff, russian ukrainian, whats the difference

Russians- Love Nuclear power, have mustaches, have tiny eyes, all want to make the mother land a glorious nation again, drink nothing but vodka, use the word comrad in every sentence AND they're bullet proof.

Also their religion is the KGB.

russians are awesome. DID YOU KNOW vladimir putin actually is a judo master? he has written books, and done little judo tours and stuff. he could litterally kick EVERY living president's ass, as far as i know, he's the only one.

I had never heard that word until this forum so I wouldn't know that stereotype. Over here the main stereotypes for British people seem to be: bad teeth and bad humor. lol

What, no mocking of the Dutch? Ok, as a good DIY-er I'll give it a go then.

All of us smoke pot, while walking on wooden shoes. All Dutch are rude, loud and bold. Our country is full of mills and tulips and it will soon disappear under water. Blub.

There are many more but not in my head at the moment.
