Yeah, peacocks are awesome, too. An old friend down in Houston of mine had a relative who had a peacock farm. We would often go around and collect the feathers. They're gorgeous!

It's so funny how the babies almost have no resemblance to their pink precedors!

Flamingos and I have a lot in common. We both eat a lot of shrimp. Mmmmmm...

I just don't eat enough to turn pink! But I probably would, if I could.

lol Surprisingly, I've never eaten shrimp before! But my mom just recently bought some, so I may try it. If flamingos like it, what can go wrong?

BTW, when I was a baby, I apparently loved to eat carrots. I ate so many, I turned orange just like how a flamingo turns pink! Ironically, nowadays I can't stand carrots or any vegetables for that matter. lol

Peacock and Flamingos

Funny thing is, I'm pale as heck now. My mom's skin is fairly fair and my dad is really dark. Why I'm a lot lighter than the both of them beats me. Then again, I'm the only person with reddish hair in my family. I'm not even Irish! I'm French!

Okay, back to flamingos. I was watching them for an hour at the zoo last week and they were all very entertaining. They fought, they played in the water, they flapped their wings a lot, and they performed their mating dance. One of them was looking right at me when he did it. LOL

I think Pixar should make a movie about flamingos. Who's with me?
