^ thats very nice to know that Im noticed by someone! Im just myself and try my best
and I fit in a "non-clique" group. I mean its far from always I can relate to even other people of my own kind (read aspies)

i will not join without first knowing what the rules are. i have joined too many groups that have failed to inform me of their rules regulations customs and so forth until i have violated one of them.

post all of the rules first then ask me again.

feel free to suggest rules

First rule - Someone suggest some rules, or at least a slighty less vague idea of what this group/society/ring is. I'm honestly confused.

That appears to be a thread on people feeling unwanted. This outwardly appears to be a thread about a thread about being unwanted. Were we going for recurring linked threads or did you have something in mind?

please suggest some rules for this thread. the idea is for a small group of wp members to make each other feel wanted. that's all. i wanted this to be democratic. i have passed the ball on to you folks.

First rule: Violating a nonverbally established rule consists no violation.

Second rule: All rules will be verbally expressed and duly published on this thread at least once for them to be valid.

Third rule: All T&C apply, and since they're all verbally expressed in the website, they're all valid with no need to verbalize them again in this thread.

Fourth Rule Dont make anyone feel themselves unwanted

Fifth Rule Give a name to your rules followed with an clear description so everyone in the group undertand why the rule is taken on

Sixth Rule A rule can be unvalid f if there is a majority protest within the group to take it off

Section 1 - Rule Ratification

Rule 1.0: Any established member may propose a rule.

Rule 1.1: Proposed rules must be posted in one contiguous post, without assumed conditions or subjunctive clauses.

Rule 1.2: Established rules apply equally to every member all of the time, or they do not apply to any member at any time.

Rule 1.3: Rules must be ratified by a two-thirds majority of members.

Rule 1.4: Rules can be ratified only after being posted in a public forum established specifically for that purpose and no other.

Rule 1.5: Rules can not be changed or modified while the vote is in progress.

Rule 1.6: Any established rule that contradicts or conflicts with any other established rule shall automatically be rendered null and void.

Rule 1.7: Ad Hoc rules - verbally communicated rules, rules not established by the voting process or that are established by a minority of established members - shall automatically be rendered null and void.

Rule 1.8: Failure to obey an Ad Hoc rule shall not be considered a violation of the rule.

Rule 1.9: A list of the rules shall be posted in a sticky thread that can be accessed only by the moderators of WrongPlanet.

Section 2 - Membership

Rule 2.1: Members are established by a two-thirds majority of already voted-in members.

Rule 2.2: Candidates for membership may present themselves at will for consideration of membership.

Rule 2.3: Established members may nominate potential members for consideration of membership.

Rule 2.4: Established members may be disestablished against their will by a two-thirds majority of established members.

Rule 2.5: Any established member may disestablish himself or herself at will and at any time by merely posting their wish.

Rule 2.6: No potential member may be kept as a member against his or her will, nor shall any potential member be coerced, forced, or otherwise required to become a member against his or her will.

Rule 2.7: Membership is open to any member of WrongPlanet who is both willing and able to post on WrongPlanet.

Section 3 - Behavior

Rule 3.0: Members shall not insult other members, nor shall any member assume an insult where none was given, as both actions violate goodwill and fellowship.

Rule 3.1: No member shall be coerced, forced, or otherwise required to give affirmation to another member, nor shall the lack of affirmation be considered a violation of the rules, as both actions violate goodwill and fellowship.

Rule 3.2: Members shall post statements about other members that are true, be prepared to back up what they post when challenged, and willing to apologize and rescind their post when required to do so.

Rule 3.3: Opinions regarding other members must be explicitly declared as opinions, which require nothing to back them up.

Rule 3.4: Members are free to disagree with the opinions of other members, or to challenge any non-opinion statement of other members, as such things are not personal attacks and do not violate goodwill and fellowship.

Rule 3.5: Seditious statements made against the administrators, moderators, or owners of WrongPlanet will be reported, and their disposition shall be left entirely up to the administrators, moderators, or owners of WrongPlanet.

Rule 3.6: No member or candidate for membership shall be discriminated against on the basis of age, culture, disability, education, employment, ethnicity, gender, or political or religious preferences.
