Wow, nice routine! It really takes some motivational skills to be able to exercise. I've quit mine, and need to start again. XD Kudos to you. :D
How's your diet? You aren't starving yourself I hope. >.> And do you know about the eat 30 minutes after waking up and other little facts like that?

I'm not starving myself. I have granola or oatmeal for breakfast, an omelet or some form of flatbread sammich with chicken or turkey for lunch and dinner can be a toss-up of different meals made up of grilled meats, steamed veggies and stuff. Dessert of choice: frozen grapes, some form of granola bar or something small that's sweet. :D

Wait, I should wait 30 minutes after waking up? Oops. I'll probably do that when I'm at school though since my computer will be functioning better. XD

Ok, that's good! Starving is the worst thing possible. Try and get some protein in the breakfast, too.
Sammich. XD
No, I should have phrased it better. You're supposed to eat 30 minutes within from waking up. Did that make grammatical sense? :S You know what I mean. :P Something about your body switching into calorie retention mode if you put off eating, or something.
But I think you're already doing that, so no worries.
I also heard having more smaller meals is better than three, I'm not sure though, might want to look it up.
Oh, and apparently drinking plenty of water all day really helps.

They are very very flat and need surgery to fix them. They're already causing knee, hip and back pain and will only get worse with age and having kids - thus sayeth my doctors. The school route is actually not bad at all. 15 minutes and one hill that really makes you work, but not so much that you look like a sweaty mess for your first class.
.

Ouch, that sounds awful :( I'm glad you're getting surgery, at least!
Oh, yeah that's good. To and from is your daily workout, then. :P

I like water. There's 6grams of protein in every bowl of my granola. So I got that covered. :D

Special K granola. It's in the cereal isle. It's super tasty too. :)

I noticed this morning that my arms aren't nearly as flabby as they were back in May and I don't have three rolls of fat on my back anymore, just a little padding instead. So I guess once my exercises eat up all the fat from my arms and back, I'll start losing fat elsewhere. My tummy has gotten a little smaller, I can actually see my bellybutton now. I just need to keep at it. :D

I like clothes as a means for self-expression.
