Cannibas allowed me to go without having to use any immodium or cholestyramine today (first time in like 8+ months??). My arthritis in my foot and back are under control. I am far less nauseous. I now have a near instant means to stop the really bad gut aches I have had for so long. Finally some relief

sunny outside, roads were dry and safer. the reservoirs could definitely use yet another deluge, though my basement probably wouldn't agree.

went to the gem faire with the gf, and bought more lapis.

Plans are coming together for a trip to the Indian Wells tennis tournament. It was raining, so we didn't have a formal lesson, but we met at lunch to discuss travel plans. I can't believe this is actually happening!

Lunch with mother and siblings at some fancy salad bar. My brother and his wife are health nuts. I'm not really sure what I ate (I was told it was a Fiesta Bowl), but it was kind of like the inside of a burrito.
