I've set deadlines for myself that I don't feel like meeting. They're optional but I should do them anyway, right?

Not really unhappy, just nervous. I have a behind the wheel retest on Thursday to reinstate my license after doing something incredibly stupid. Hope I pass this time. I have a big schedule of events coming up for Toastmasters and need to be able to manage my own transportation to complete my activities successfully.

I've been enjoying an old British comedy on Netflix called "'Allo 'Allo." I discovered it through Netflix. It has been very funny- situational comedy, slapstick. Unfortunately I reached an episode called The Airmen De-Nicked. It has an old derogatory term for Italian that you'd be hard pressed to find on network television today. This show is from 1982-1992. This is the kind of word that when I was growing up, people would avoid saying around children. I didn't even hear of this word until I hit college and it was relevant to class material. It stunned me to hear it, especially in this context. I'm not sure I want to continue watching now. It's like when they use the N word in Blazing Saddles. It kind of just ruins the whole thing for me.

Why do they call it the Department of Employment? It's really the department of unemployment. Specialising in keeping people poor, desperate and demoralised. My heart breaks for all the poor, downtrodden people who end up being the government's punching bags simply because they had the misfortune of having a bad start in life. These things keep me up at night tossing and turning, racking my brain for answers but none come to me. The ba$tards just need to be culled from power and replaced with compassionate leaders. So I get up on 3 hours' sleep but can't sleep. I'm hungry but I can't eat. My days are all topsy-turvy. All because of these #@%&*#s.

(Granted, this is a rant, but it's made me unhappy all week).

Is it the 'W' word?

Injured my hand on a door frame earlier on, wondering if I have depth perception issues or something. So very clumsy.

Not so much unhappy as slightly annoyed. Wikipedia acknowledging the birthday of a celebrity I no longer like yet refusing to acknowledge that of someone I do like, despite me informing them.

Being informed that some people on WP are just like my mother when it comes to belief of conditions: if a professional hasn't diagnosed you, you don't have it.

I can't find the birthday of Denis Istomin's mother, Klaudiya, or find out how old she is. I believe she is probably around the same age as Rafa's or Andy Murray's mom, but I don't know.
