Gloomy weather-it's almost July and it's normally quite nice where I live. I hope the sun comes out soon.

A few days ago I had to work all afternoon in a really bad metal chair, and it badly squashed my back. Now several days later it still doesn't feel right and is giving me twinges of pain. This is really tiresome. :(

I have become aware of how unconfident I behave like in front of people and I hate how everyone treats me in the same socially awkward way when they meet me for the same time

I hate myself and I want it to stop!
