There's a strange pattern occurring on a particular stretch of road on a certain journey I make every week. It never affected me before but suddenly each time I'm there as a car passenger I'm getting intensely ill from motion sickness; now just the thought of that little stretch of road makes me nauseous.

Throwing up, in pain, shaking, panic, anxiety, dizzy, whiting out... I dont know... How could i have been so stupid!... What was i thinking! Am a total bloody Muppet. Pathetic. Just want to find the quietest corner of the planet and curl up and die. Havent got any more strength.

You know, I have a Japanese aunt who is so anti-war that she won't even let my cousin, who's a kid, watch Star Wars or play with Star Wars toys. At first I thought forbidding a fictional science fantasy war francise was a bit extreme until I remembered what the Americans did to Japan, which IMO they had no business doing. I've seen two different animes of it and it was worse than any live-action fictional horror movie. Nukes terrify me more than ever now.

Fell down in my apartment, kinda hurt my knees, if this continues to happen, I will probably end up in the hospital. My floors can be little slippery, my stomach is a little upset. This is all my STUPID sister fault!!

I am so sick of this crap. All the treatments are pointless. They basically admit it cannot be treated. There is nothing you can do. I intended to start CBT for it and at least give that a go, but it clashes with what little work I can get so I have to reschedule and no one out here in the middle of nowhere accommodates with appointment times. It's just SO frustrating. It makes me feel even more nonfunctional than usual.

My dentist had bad news for me today, I need some urgent repairs made to the contraptions in my teeth, and more. It's getting increasingly expensive. This, when I previously spent years in braces, elastic bands... full headgear... bridges... all thanks to 3 adult teeth that never grew. I'm beginning to wonder why out of four children I seem to have got genetic short shrift when it comes to teeth; must be the stereotypical British person in this regard.

Was mute all day. New people at work stressed me out.
