Last night it was 74 F, I didn't sleep good, it was too hot & smokey in my room, I went to my living room, I fell asleep in my recliner chair, my neck was hurting sitting in my chair, I went to my bedroom, I moved my fan, I went to sleep. I woke up at 8:30, my stomach was hurting, I waited to make coffee. It got up to 104, showers & thunderstorms, it is 87 at 7:45. It will be 77 tonight. How do people sleep in the 70s?

One of my cats thinks he's Bruce Willis from Die Hard. :/ New neighbours appear to have an army of cats themselves, possibly fostering them I believe, but my tom simply won't leave them alone. There's an older male keeping to himself in their garden that he constantly picks fights with. Had to break up a screaming match between them today and my cat looked seriously bedraggled and scared, even though he almost certainly started it. Not sure what to do about all this!

Lots of sickness here lately. As for me, I had a funny pressure in my head for a week. It seems to be lessening now. The weather has been gloomy in the morning.

some idiot had the nerve to tell me "lemmie get a quarter". then his gait/walk/posture/body language made it look like he was charging @ me. like a wrestling stance. so i got up, faced him and backed away. he left. he came back. "i ain't gonna hrrt you", he had the nerve to tell me.

but why only one quarter?

this was at a shopping center. plenty of customers appeared to have a lot more $$ than i appear to have.

it's weird though. you never know what is going on inside someone else's precious lil head.

:skull:

as a sidenote, however, briefly considered those spastic, jerky, suspicious movements might've been symptoms of Parkinsons. or what have you.

yeah well, there is no law that says that he has to disclose his diagnoses. but there is a law against aggressive panhandling.

briefly considered tattling on him. but it was like there was nothing to tattle about. and the other thing is that tattling is just answering a lot of questions. getting cross examined by the security guard. whooptie do. and that don't help nobody.

so whatever

sometimes i feel like nothing i do matters

he was wearing a sweatshirt that advertised a  dojo.

martial arts training studio

sometimes i get paranoid too. b/c it's like if someone looks suspicious then don't interact with them.

but plenty of precious lil "people" that looked nice, academically smart, and socially adept ended up totally homophobic. some of them had the nerve to tell me that it was "lying" for me to ask them to call me "he" instead of "she". when i went in Gender Therapy it was 2004.

now i feel like i can't trust nobody.

This didn't happen today, but.....

The other day, I wanted to go to "the good grocery store", but couldn't cuz somebody got shot and killed, outside of it, and it was cordoned-off for several hours.
