I ate a packet of biscuits. I'm off on holidays with my friends tomorrow and I'm just going to live of biscuits for a while.

I've eaten that Prime Rib that I said that I would buy for supper, this morning. It was the best supper that I've had, in two weeks.

I justed washed down 2 packages of "Oriental" flavor Ramen noodles with a cup of cold, day old, black coffee. Coffee does not go well with salt, in my newly formed opinion.

Last thing I had was 45 minutes ago. It was hot chocolate. Food is an EXTREME routine with me. Certain foods are eaten at certain times of the day. In certain amounts. I have been doing this for years and cannot stop it.
It actually works out to my benenfit because I am in very good shape for my age and medically as well......
If you can believe I have a fear of being "full" and have not been "full" in about 8 years......I eat enough and decide when it's time to stop.
