They're so delicious though! But yeah, they can be quite messy. That's why you put a tortilla on your plate, and place the plate beneath you while you're eating so that it can catch any toppings that fall. Then, you can use that tortilla and the toppings that fell onto it to make another taco!

Anyway, one random fact about me is that I have a penchant for customizing and modifying things.

It's quite possible that I have some Mongolian heritage, since I'm 1/4 Ukrainian on my mom's side, and the Ukraine was one of Genghis Khan's stomping grounds. Of course, that would technically make me less than 1/4 Ukrainian if that were the case.
