.. Some memory.

I was watching a child who struggles with muscle control due to some prescription of powerful drug in order to control her seizures. Or so what her mom told me...

She was damn cute. :lol: She was, like, 5 or so.

That day, she was playing with the secretary's date stamps just for fun. :lol: Me, the secretary, and her mom watched her in amusement.

I stood a bit an thought I'd attempt to.. How should I describe this? Lower down my "emotion input shields" down via focus.

What I expected was a tickle or joy that would probably make me hyperactive. But ahh, no... No, that's not what happened.
Instead, I felt a sting of heartbreak enough to draw a tear or two. It hurt like my finger got pierced by a hot rod.

My 'shields' went up all the sudden, as if I was under attacked. Got a bit numbed, then I recovered afterwards. All that in less than a half a minute.

... Then the secretary had been summoned, and the mother had taken her child away.
