I'm allergic to the present. That's why I'm living in the 60s and finding life a breeze. I'd have a very rough life living in the present. I'd probably end up in the hospital.

Nurse: What's wrong?

Me: My mum won't let me be myself. If I was being myself, I'd be living in the 60s.

I hate my nose. I wouldn't do surgery, I'd rather accept that it's a terrible thing out of the practical use of it. These sorts of things are detail when it comes to others. IMPERFECT.

i once complained about the size and shape of my nose.

i was told that were it smaller, as small as i desired, it would be like breathing through coffee stirrers. being a track athlete then, i couldn't live with that.

that little comment helped me appreciate my sniffer more. when i inhale through my nose and i feel the air rushing in through my skull, i feel powerful.
