My most unpopular opinion is when I don't have one, which is often, as I really don't care about too many things in the end. Most don't really like it when you don't fall on any side and just shrug your shoulders, as they can't see you as friend or foe; I don't see people as a foe for their opinions, even if they're negative to me, nor do I see them as a friend if their opinion aligns with mine.

(Maybe I feared speaking them when young so I became indifferent, maybe I've had one too many sticks and stones and words don't hurt, rather they make you feel good even when they're meant to hurt, because life can kinda suck sometimes, so you help yourself how you can because you can't rely on others.)

If you believe in God like me and my family, but act as if it's the coolest thing

The only reason anyone in North America cares about the refugees in Ukraine and not a single soul in the Middle East is because most Ukrainian people are white. Humans are racist. End of story.

I wouldn't say that anyone, I'd look at if they've been consistent or not. But overall I agree. Media keeps accidentally admitting it in their reporting and not realizing how terrible they sound.

my unpopular opinion du jour is that people who say/write "till" rather than "'til" deserve to be spanked on their tuchas with the harbrace college handbook until they cry for mercy.

This bothers me too . Also, when people use an apostrophe to make something plural (???).

Just because a politician is middle of the road does NOT mean he/she is evil and corrupt.

Extremists dont have a monopoly on virtue, but thats the fashionable thing to believe these days.

Being a political "centrist" does not make such a person stupid.

kindness/compassion doesn't automatically mean somebody is weak and roadkill.

American society was founded on white settler colonialism, genocide, subjugation of women, and slavery. This unresolved "birth defect" at the foundation of the American democratic experiment meant that the country was racially exclusionary by design, from the founding well into the 20th century. At present, American politics is contoured by asymmetrical political polarization, in which Republicans have moved so far to the right that the party's most "moderate" members are far more extreme than the most "conservative" Democrats. This makes substantive compromise and bipartisanship in the interests of the common good and the American people almost impossible.

99% of all movies are insanely boring and not worth sitting through, and most people are secretly aware of this. When they leave the movie theater, they're not really happy because they watched the movie. They're happy because the movie is now over. For some strange reason people think everyone has to love watching movies and talk about they movies they've watched (except the very few movies *I* personally feel are worth talking about since all of them are animated and "for children"). For example every other question on AskReddit is about a movie. Especially "What is the one movie does everyone have to watch?" What a stupid question, first of all everyone has different tastes so there is no one movie that's for everyone, and second and more importantly, most movies are agonizingly boring and people only really watch them because of the feeling of accomplishment it gives them afterwards.

Seriously, sometimes I would rather read the book based off the movie because usually I find it easier than sitting through the movie, and in books you can read what the characters are thinking and other stuff that's hard to show in movies. Or read the book the movie is based on, which no one else has ever read or even know exists and that's sad.

I'm smarter than everyone else.
People, and other skunks, simply refuse to see the obvious.

It's not hard to spot narcissists, they'll indirectly tell you again and again.
