I did not laugh when my dog slipped on some ice and bounced right back up (I doubt it even hurt at all in the moment, let alone afterward) like he was saying “I totally did not just fall, you didn’t see that.”

i expected all my life that i'd be totally worn out physically, before i reached my 6th decade.

I’m sad that having had lymphoma and the chemotherapy to treat it has shortened my probable maximum life span, I was hoping to live to be over one hundred years old. How anyone could possibly not want to live forever is beyond me.
