relapse early this afternoon and I didn't even feel a thing.
going through the motions.
Can't even claim I'm doing it to feel something, I felt nothing.
I don't even know why I did it.
I was stressed but -
Autopilot.

And I will feel awful tomorrow.

Damn.

Parents sprung a surprise family visit on me and I just couldn't cope. I just wish they'd give me some degree of notice in the future before they tell me they want to drive 50 miles into the middle of nowhere.

One of my neighbors has a West Highland Terrier (the white scotties). Have not seen her walking him in a couple of weeks, found out from another neighbor that he (the dog) has cancer and is not expected to live much longer. He's been a major part of this neighborhood and she's going to be absolutely shattered when he goes. :( :cry: :(
