Ohhhh. I know what you're talking about. I have it too, though most of it is on my scalp. Eczema as well. I like Lavender Essential Oil diluted in Jojoba Oil for the psoriasis. It's really soothing.

It's an uncomfortable feeling, as to what triggered the incidence of it, I'm not sure.I have some body wash and lotion that is specifically for treating such and related phenomena,so I'll be okay.
