A lot of stuff just didn't work, or didn't work out, today, and it was exhausting to keep dealing with all of it like a reasonable adult human being. I managed, but I'm absolutely drained.

I thought I had bought a box of tea bags and left them in one of my grocery bags but now I can't find them, I just finished the last box, and it's 11:30 PM and too late for me to get more.

My foot been hurting, have little pain in my fingers, my arms & my legs, I have arthritis Nights are bad for me, it’s been cold,tonight will be 40 degrees. My cat been a PAIN!! I been closing my bedroom door, my cat have fits, she been meowing & scratching at my door, I wish she could shut up, my sensory was bad. I got tired of keep getting up& sitting down, my foot was hurting more & my legs got tired. And I been coughing too.

Mental fog

I read on Facebook that there's been an outbreak of E. coli from eating Romaine lettuce in Eastern Canada and they're advising us not to buy any.

No wonder I'm still alive and healthy, I haven't even touched anything close to a salad in months!

thinking on what i lost due to terrible decisions on my part

I've been getting up early for the last 4 days cuz of things going on. I've been going to bed late but I've took a couple naps but still feel pretty tired. I had plans to go to my girlfriend's parents tomorrow & exchange gifts cuz the buses don't run on Christmas. which would of meant getting up early again. The weather is supposed to be icy rain & sleet so plans got canceled. My girlfriend left today which is Friday to visit her parents till Tuesday. At least I get to finally sleep late tomorrow. She said we may do the gift things here shortly after Christmas but I doubt everyone will bother coming.

Another thing that p!ssed me & my girlfriend off is that Wednesday night we were taking a nap & I had been in bed about an hour & then out smoke alarms went off. Everything in our place was fine thou. The button to silence em got pressed but they went off again & after a couple times of that the fire department showed up. One guy looked around our place while the other checked out the alarm in the living room. He said it wasn't working rite & was setting the others off. He noticed that cuz of the light on it I guess. He took it down & tried blowing dust out cuz sometimes dust can get in em but it went off again when he tested it after. He left it down & said to call property management & tell em the alarm is defective. He said it's not a major priority cuz we have 4 more; 3 upstairs & one in the basement but that was the only one downstairs. At least they were nice & weren't upset with us or anything over it. My girlfriend has sound sensitivities & the noise really bothered her. Maintenance changed out all our alarms a couple years ago cuz they were having problems so we don't know why that one went bad all of a sudden. I still need to call property management but I think I'll wait till after Christmas & hope they don't chew me out for waiting so long to call em. I guess I could of called Thursday but we didn't want to deal with having maintenance come by till after Christmas cuz of things going on.

Damp cold today. Foggy, though, which I love (except for the poor folks who have to drive in it).
