1 is true. I ate it hoping for one thing. I was unpleasantly wrong with my assumption.
2 is also true.
Which leaves 3 as the lie. ASMR is simply sounds that generate a sort of tingling response in the body, which relaxes people. There are various videos on youtube dedicated to induce that feeling. Personally, they lul me to sleep.
