Felt really good after yoga this evening; always feel great after one of my instructor's classes but today was particularly good. The mindfulness aspect of yoga soothes my mind, so I actually walk out feeling very confident.

Win Co Foods. supermarket. went. 1st time. today. it was great.

car trip was flawless. no crash. no near crash. did not get pulled over. nobody told me off. nobody honked at me. no pedestrians suddenly darted into the street.

found out today that Whole Foods has Epicurean tofu. love it. and it costs even less than the grocery store down the street.
