Ah, somehow I knew someone was going to ask about my rather unusual hobby. It is Rattus morotaiensis, or the Bulldog rat.

If you could create a hybrid animal from any two (or three) existing animals, and you could choose every physical characteristic you'd want from either animal, what would it look like?

A butterdog. The dog would have a dog's body but it would also have giant butterfly wings that are colourful and it would be able to fly great distances and bark at other butterdogs as they pass each other.
