I ate a piece of cake this morning but that was it. I might go find something to eat in a bit because I'm starting to get a little hungry

Carnation Instant Breakfast and an apple. I haven't been very active for the past week and I still have the better part of a week to try and get better. Endomorphs can gain weight easily, so I really have to watch it. I can go back to my regular lunches, in a week. I'm just starting to get hungry and think about supper, now. I'll be having a big pork chop, lots of corn and rice. :)
