Today has been a good day. Despite some eleven hours of work, a couple of minor physical ailments, and unexpected negative emotions, I have remained almost uninterruptedly mindful and equanimous. I look forward to seeing how well I can keep it up tomorrow.

This is how my hair looks after I have taken the scissors to it. I actually like this style Monkey, it's a good style to go for when you're cutting it yourself.

LOL I'm not cutting it, I'm going to the hair dressers. I don't think I trust myself enough to cut my own hair and not ruin it.

I use to be like that but then I became tired of not getting my hair cut the way I wanted it cut and paying a lot of money for it to be cut the way someone else wanted it. So I took the smallest scissors I had and began cutting small sections at a time very slowly. I used hair clips to keep other sections of my hair out of the way. Now it's never too short or too long and I get more compliments than I had been getting by having a hairdresser cut it.

(Becomes visible and appears) Good morning, everybody! I was going to say something spontaneous, but I was too busy planning to do it.

Gender stereotypes are overated and I do look the way that Mick Avory did at his heaviest in the 60s. It's not always what's between the legs. I can say what I want about myself, and what I think is all that matters.
