I was thinking of that—but I didn’t pull the trigger...

1. I am seeking OT and SLP services for autistic adults, but can't find any.

2. I have severe alexithymia and need help expressing myself verbally.

3. I will likely give up on my quest very soon. :(

You're right, 3 is my lie. I may not find what I want, but I'm going to keep looking until August. I might ring the agency that helped me after my stroke. They may be able to refer me elsewhere for more specialized management.

Things to do Wednesday:

Sleep until noon, at minimum

Crawl into a new book

Decide whether to keep four appointments in one day next week, or reschedule them separately

(one lie)

Again, #3. It would be a hassle to change your appointments.

1. I’m getting up at 6:40 AM.

2. The AC is not on.

3. I am reclined in my bed.

You're right. I'm not changing anything. I will have Trauma Psychology, Massage, Osteopathy and Psychiatry all in the same day. They are located close together and I can Uber.

2. Your AC is on.

1. I cuddled a Santa doll till age 13.

2. I kept a toy tollbooth for years without breaking it. It had nice lights and everything!

3. The first full story I ever read was “Green Eggs and Ham,” by Dr. Seuss. I hated both ham and eggs at age 5 3/4.

#2 is the lie. Right you are!

To my great disappointment, the toy broke the same day I got it. It was a Christmas present. I was about 7-8 years old. I really loved the lights and the noises!

Finally! :D
I am in a celebratory mood now!

1. When I was 4, I sang 'Singing In The Rain' on a family trip when it started to rain and i didn't realize that i was being looked at by at least 30 people who started applauding me as soon as I was done.

2. Around the time when i was 6 years of age, I started dancing in a crowded space in the downtown area of the city i used to live in. When some people started clapping in a rhythm, i blushed and ran away

3. I once did an air guitar solo in a German record store during one of its busy hours, not realizing that i was being watched not only by customers, but also the whole staff, apparently

Today I'm going to read:

1. A scholarly biography by Daphne du Maurier, entitled The Infernal World of Branwell Brontë

2. Villette by Charlotte Brontë, for the ... um ... possibly eleventh time?

3. In the Footsteps of the Brontës, a historical guide about Haworth in the 1840s by Mark Davis and Ann Dinsdale, Principal Curator of the Brontë Parsonage Museum and luckiest woman in the world

I'm glad you're feeling celebratory!
I think #2 is your lie, Mr. Robot!

I should have called mine 2 lies and 1 truth, because I'm only reading one book today.
You're right, #2 isn't one of them.
Which is the other book I won't read today?

That’s a hard one...they’re both utterly fascinating. Bit my instincts say #1.
