Headache-the weather is changing again and we're going to get more rain.

I'm going to lose an hour of sleep due to the time change. My sleep was terrible last night and I don't want that pattern to repeat itself.

i went outside to take a walk in a light drizzle which quickly became a fierce storm.

Woke up at 5:30 AM to go to the bathroom & I also had acid reflux :( :roll:

Getting up at night to go to the bathroom constantly. It was a dumb idea to drink two cups of coffee in the afternoon! Still, even with that and the time change, I still got more sleep last night than the night before. I think the exercise I got on the tennis court yesterday helped.

My mom stayed longer than I initially thought. Also the fact that I accidentally ruined my perler bead creation because I couldn't focus straight due to everything being so hectic at our new home.

Constipation. I had extremely bad diarrhea about a week ago & I haven't done anything since. I'll maybe take a prescription laxative later tonight if nothing happens.
