A Youtuber who's videos I watch from time to time just took a stand against a sexist commenter who seemed to think she owed him something. She would previously go out of her way to appease these people and respond to them with politely phrased comments and smile emojis. But I think she realized there were more sexists than she had polite comments or emojis for.

I don't have much to be happy about right now, but for about an hour this afternoon, between static points of shittiness, on the road, the land was golden and beautiful, and I was free for a time being back on the road, even if I know it's between settled points.
I am dying from wanderlust. I feel like a wild animal who suddenly finds itself in a cage. I need to get back on the road. Fast.

A full week of activity: Toastmasters, the resumption of choir practice, a day out with a friend tomorrow and tennis on Saturday.

Rafael Nadal plays his semifinal tomorrow. Again, no Roger-Rafa meeting at U.S. Open because Roger lost, but Del Potro-Nadal will still be a good match. Hope Rafa wins the tournament.

For me it was excitement of the uncertain that makes me happy; the promise of adventure in my life moving to a different town for a while (though I plan to move back after my course is over to try and get a job in a place here).

Nadal-DelPotro is exciting, but also a bit nervewracking. Hope both are well and it turns out to be a good match. I hope Rafael can win the match and the final on Sunday, consolidating his place at Number One.

I'm not Spanish, but it's exciting to see two of my favorite players, both Spaniards, at Number One-Rafael Nadal and Garbine Muguruza.

Nadal is in the U.S. Open final! He will be playing against Kevin Anderson. Anderson is a pretty good player, but I want Nadal to win this!
