I’m still in pain,but little pain, I took Advil last night, Advil works better if I’m lying down. My ankle is hurting, but not too bad, my arm was hurting this morning, I took more Advil, my arm is better, my ankle hurt. When I fell last night, I got bad anxiety & had trouble breathing. I could not pull myself up, I was crying too, I finally pull myself up shortly later, I fell on my butt, i scooted next to my couch, I pull up with my hand that why I hurt it.

I’m tired, I have things I want to do today, but I'm having my period & that makes me tired. Maybe I will make another cup of coffee. There not enough time in the day to do alot of stuff, cuz I’m slow & I forget things I have important things to do, I need to call MediCal to update my address, I need to activate my debit card, find a social worker & find a doctor.

I got drugged again. This is the second time. I'm done drinking any alcohol now. Because this time, I was with people that should've helped me but they didn't. Just one girl helped carry me back to the hotel. I didn't even really know that girl. My best friend ignored me, the situation, and then talked badly about me while I laid in a bed, unable to focus or think, rapidly losing my ability to control my body or stay conscious. I was paralyzed at one point. I couldn't move at all or talk. They took my phone and put it in the other room. I struggled for what must've been half an hour, slowly inching my arm across the bed to reach for the hotel phone. It took so much concentration and effort. But the phone wouldn't call out. I had no way to reach my husband. So I just gave up and sank into it. It was like floating in water, deep water. I couldn't see right. Everything looked like a cartoon. Light was strange.
I was finally able to move after a few hours. I got my phone, called hub and he brought me home.
You can't trust anyone.

Did you hurt your arm? I bruise easily since I started taking Buspar but it helps my anxiety a lot, the bruises don't hurt & I don't notice other side-effects so I have no plans to change it.


I'm very sorry that happened to you LCK. I hope your all better now except for being very p!ssed & distrustful. I'd ditch those friends in a heartbeat except maybe for the girl who helped you to your hotel. The rest are horrible friends. Do you have any idea who drugged you? It may of been one of your so-called "friends" as a prank/practical joke thing
