A copy of Stephen King's Carrie....I've wanted to read the book ever since I saw the 1976 Brian DePalma film based on it, and now I'll get to read the actual book before I go see the remake later this month.

There was this kind of Fall Festival going on near my folks' house, and I got some really cute plastic toys of assorted cartoon characters, a couple vintage plushies, and one of those antique guides to vintage Teddy Bears and Steiff Animals...love it when I find those.
The two plushies I found were a little smiling brown dog that's one of the vintage Dakin Dream Pets, and this really cute little fuzzy sleeping puppy that looks like it might be from the 60s or even 50s....I liked him right away cuz his sleepy eyes reminded me of Lamb Chop's.
