Passing quickly because everybody is 'in a hurry' here in my job today.

I'm up again now drinking electrolyte solution mixed with cold ice water. It's good. Everything has good and bad to it or in it, the good side to this, I haven't smoked a cigarette in a few days because I've been too sick.
