Barb's worker is now meeting with her at 6 on Monday evenings instead of 7 now. Those people don't give her any freedom. Dean and I can't spend as much time with her on Mondays anymore. It cheeses me off as much as it does her.

It was hot and awful last night. I had a hard time sleeping.

On the good side, I had a dream about cats.

The bread I bought yesterday(technically the day before but I go to bed really late) taste dry. It was dated the 17th & the only other expiration date they had was the 14th. Usually I don't notice that bread tasting dry even a few days past the expiration date so I'm guessing it was a screwup with the batch. It doesn't feel dry but it taste it.

I have been having a headache the last couple of days. I think the weather is changing again and it looks as though it's going to rain.

I accidentally slit the skin on my right thumb right open with a knife. :pale:

I thought for a minute I was going to need stitches at the hospital, but my mother said it should be fine as long as I keep it well bandaged and don't move my thumb too much it should be fine, and that it looks worse than it actually is. It didn't bleed too heavily so I haven't cut open any veins or anything, so I guess she's right. She wanted to know how I cut myself, and I was a little embarrassed but I had been making puppets out of tennis balls and one was particularly hard to cut to make a mouth and I'm left-handed so I was holding the knife in my left hand while holding the ball with my right one.
I tried hard to be careful, but I wasn't careful enough. :(

I've had good results with yogurt pills for acid reflux -
these days they call it acidopholus? or something like that.
The first result might be audible, then it'll settle down.
Good luck!

I had a hard time keeping quiet about a 4 year old who was running around the waiting room at the walk-in clinic today. The mother told me to wait outside at one point and that her daughter is 4.

There was a new doctor at the clinic who was put off by the way I was dressed. I never knew that a self-made German helmet and a German flag T-shirt would make an old-fashioned young man feel queasy. He asked if I've been taking all my pills, if I've been feeling strange, if I've been diagnosed as Bi-Polar and if I've been experiencing any psychosis. I asked him why he was asking me all those questions. He said it's because of the helmet and the T-shirt that I was wearing. I told him that there are some people who aren't meant to be exactly like everybody else. I finally told him that I'm Transgender and I got so sick of being called, Miss, Madam and Young Lady that I decided to make a German helmet to wear a couple of years ago because I think it's the most masculine thing that someone could own and wear.

Next month when I come back into the clinic, I'm going to tell that same doctor that I have a feeling that he's scared of me because I'm different. I'm also going to tell him not to be scared of me and nothing is going to change me.
