Why do you need to be productive?
It's a feeling of... my self worth comes from the stuff I can do, have done, and if I do nothing for too long, I start thinking about things that dont need to be thought about.
And why write stories if you can't write them down? Besides, I've been having writers block for the story I really wanna continue.
Because you're developing your imagination.
Who knows, might even help with writers block (it does).
For some ungodly reason, whenever I write in the car, my stories would come out seening like some wacky crack trip.
Hmm.
That could actually improve the story.

At full price yes, but they have sells, look for the summer and winter sale, stuff is like 75% to 90% off sometimes. I didn't get 1000 games by paying a lot I know that. Plus Humble bundle is a thing, google it. You don't always get what you want but if your a big enough gamer to not really care then you can get a few hundred games for like $100 if you know what you are doing. I got burnt with Doom 4, paid full price and then it went on sale, it happens but I had like 40 hours sunk into by then so it was almost a dollar an hour for entertainment and that is not bad

I do this too, try to get as many details as I can from a scene.
Waiting for the tram yesterday, I was counting windows in the towerblocks, colours of their curtains, angles of the tram wires intersecting with trees, dividing up the picture with black lines.
But no, people stare at their phones.
