On one of my trails there was a big old gnarled tree with a big hollow spot I could stand in. But the wind must have demolished it and now it is in ruins.

I woke up from my nap with my leg hurting. I think I pinched a nerve rite bellow my knee. I took an Aleve & took another one when I had supper but my leg still doesn't feel quite rite thou it's not really hurting now.

Every time I go anywhere with my girlfriend she thinks I'm checking out other women, today she started complaining too me about it in a shop where we were shopping, I hadn't even noticed the person I was supposedly looking at. I got back from the shops and just needed to crash out, but as someone with borderline she is able to lead a full life aside from our difficult relationship, so she is out with friends. I wish it was possible to relax more together and in public.

I woke up at 4:50 this morning, my cat woke me up, I got so angry at her, she was biting one of my boxes, I had a bad anxiety attack & my heart was beating so fast, it felt like my heart going to come out of my chest. I been so physically tired today.

administration mistake with my Grandpas appointment. He is 95 and was worried sick about an appointment. It as all for nothing.
