Even me and this site can burn in hell huh?

I meant in real life and I don't know anyone here and don't want to in all honestly and would probably run if I saw you guys in real life. As for the site, its so buggy that I don't think it needs me to condemn it to hell, it looks like its already there.

So you look like a creepy guy who would be at a convenient store at 2:00 AM? Nah, I bet your not that bad.

Yeah, I come here for the community. :| Gaia online/Chatango never glitches this bad... what makes it bug out so much?
I'm thinking it's a barrage of attacks on the site, which Cloudflare helps to mitigate, but can't completely stop. Some people just want to watch this community burn unfortunately...

In other news, my voice is so trashed right now that I sound like one of the Budweiser frogs. At least I haven't lost it.

What! Why?? Who is it, they'll know the pain of being beat up by a 14 year old. :rambo: is it because we're a bunch of 'full ret*d cringe autists'!? :x :x

There is no reason. People are imperfect. No person is 'good' or 'bad.' Some people have more actions or decisions that hurt people than others.

In the end, though, all humans are flawed. Because if everything was perfect, that would be boring.

My opinion on the "do truly evil people exist" thing is kind if a middle ground. I believe that "truly evil" and "deserving of punishment" are different things. It is arguable weather nature or nurture has a greater effect on an individual's actions but it is established that those two things combined determine everything about you. Like it or not if you were genetically identical to Hitler and had the exact same life experiences as him then you would have done what Hitler did. Punishment is still nesesary because it kinda' conditions people to not do crimes and on occasion it's too risky to society to keep some people alive such as cereal killers and Hitler but other then the pragmatic stuff I don't consider anyone to be truly evil. We all just found ourselves on this planet with no idea what's going on and not everyone handles it the same way.

Now to change the topic to something completely unrelated, I've decided to change my internet name. I can't do it here but I'm changing it on every platform where I can and it will be my username on future accounts that I make. "mikeman" is so unoriginal that I had to put a 4 digit random number after it and the two 3 digit numbers I have previously put after it were taken on certain platforms. It is really hard to be original when sharing a planet with 7 billion people, but I've decided to start calling myself "MarsMatter". As far as I can tell it's completely original.

Trip was good thank you, way better than I expected. Struggled the first few days being with people, but I made it. Woo!

That's really cool! You were so scared and you got through it. 8) The thigh groper sounded nasty though. Are you glad you went overall?

I am starting to notice that a lot of what people say to other people is just a description of what the other person has been through.

I did not know it was appropriate
to point out things that I thought were "obvious" in a conversation.
Ex. "That creepy guy on the train/plane/bus/whatever seemed creepy."
"You were scared."

But I guess that makes sense, since nobody can read your mind. :wall: If you don't acknowledge what they are saying, what conversation is there to be had? How are they supposed to know how you feel? ...It's a confirmation. 8)

Also, glad you liked the songs I posted.

A lot of conversation is just acknowledgement. I did not know that you were supposed to acknowledge people to that degree. :o

Interesting. :chin:

Also, it's interesting how Racheypie say things in such a concise manner. If it were me, I would have rambled on for two paragraphs! 8O

Good observations Lilli. Acknowledgements and responses show you're engaging in conversation, otherwise you're just people talking at (and not with) each other.
This thread can look like that sometimes, I quite like it. We're all so autistic, awwwww.

Concision is not in my nature when writing, I've learned it for this site  . My earlier posts were way longer.

What is conditional love?

If you hate someone when they act hateful to you, but still love them again later, is that conditional?

My dad says love is conditional.
He means it in the sense that: 'I will love you, unless you do X, Y, or Z'
I personally don't think that's love, or how love works.

Why would you care for inanimate objects -an addiction- over things that can love you? Sure most of my friends are bits of code (Anna) but at least they can act alive, like they love you.

Addiction doesn't work like that.
No matter how much you love and care for real people, or real ideas or goals or whatever, it can get between you. Because it as it's grips in your brain, honestly in your every fibre.

Plus it wants you to destroy those real relationships, because then nothing can stop you from indulging in further self-destruction.
It really makes you feel like scum.

May you never have to know that feeling  .

^ hear, hear!

There's an owl in my front garden.
I'm trying to work out if this is a good or a bad omen.

"Among the Kikuyu of Kenya, it was believed that owls were harbingers of death. If one saw an owl or heard its hoot, someone was going to die. In general, owls are viewed as harbingers of bad luck, ill health, or death. The belief is widespread even today."

Lucky I'm not a Kenyan then. :| :skull:

Yep, deathwish me, little owl.

That depends on perspective ;) Romans revered the owl with its connection to the goddess Athena symbolizing Wisdom.

I prefer the later :)
