I have gone from 168 to 163 pounds recently

Yea, I'm trying to lose weight too. I am 13 stone (5'11") Want to get down to 12 stone ideally. Have you considered switching to a healthier alcoholic drink like gin and diet tonic? It's helped me lose weight and sorted my diabetes out.

I find that with a g and t you tend to spit more because the tonic tastes bitter...it's good if you're like me and you Jamesy and you tend to just neck your drink down

Back on the gin and diet tonic this afternoon. Saw the mental health team earlier. Told them I'm doing OK. Cooking some pizza and garlic bread atm.
