^^ You're dealing with it very rationally. I think that's good.
If you can work out what triggers you and what causes you to break, maybe you can take steps to address it.
Sorry that had to happen on your birthday though, at least you're in a good mood now  .

I'm going to bed, I just have to register with someone before I go that I am not in a good place.
Not just from uni stuff, I am struggling.
I feel I could do stupid things to myself tonight, I need to sleep so I can't.

Night all, sweet dreams

And dcj, once again, a very happy birthday to you    . Hope you made a wish etc.

PTSD
Symptom - self-destructive behavior

Why though?

That just brings more of the very things that PTSD are caused from.

Violence, distrust, and hatred.

Irony...

We can't treat drugs addicts with anxiety meds cause they'll abuse it but a percentage of drug users present with anxiety

It'll be nice when I am sane,

Is my past really that bad, I guess it would be, its not normal I'll say that but I am the product or two abused and neglected children when you put my family in prospective.

But what the hell is the deal with my brother, the rest I can understand but I guess he is just F possessed.

God everyone is life is completely dysfunctional,

Is that the state of America's morals? Or a sign of the increase in mental illness?

Why is a large enough percentage of the population dysfunctional enough to completely swallow someone's life?

buspar isn't perfect, but after a few weeks on it, you may find it takes the edge off. it helps my husband. he used to be on klonopin, but that affected his memory. buspar's not addictive so there shouldn't be a problem with prescribing it for you.

Friday might be pushing it but I don't particularly want to wait past the weekend, if tomorrow was as bad as today, we have a problem.

Some days I just think on things more and yesterday was bad too so I numbed out in terms of feelings

Froya, speaking of trips, that's cool that you're going to see your stepsister and that you share an interest. :) Did you find it difficult to make the plans with her?

No, I wouldn't say that. I regret one thing though. She asked if I was interested in going to a museum, and I said "Yes, that's a great idea!" She told me that she had visited a certain museum in January, and that it was exiting. Then I asked if she had vistited the National gallery, and she hadn't. So then we (I  ) decided that we could go there.

I suddenly realised that she maybe (being the one living in Oslo now) wanted to show me this other place  So I asked if she wanted to go to that place again, that she vistited in January, but she said it was a good idea to try something new.

Anyway, I don't think there should be any problems with getting bus or train that day. I have been to Oslo many times, I even lived there for a half year when I was 19. So no, I didn't have problems making plans with her.

Maybe she did,or maybe it was just a suggestion to go to the museum. Hopefully you'll both enjoy the art gallery and maybe you could try the museum another time. I think its awesome that you're going somewhere with someone, since you've mentioned that you never go anywhere with anyone except Anne these days. Do you like museums or art galleries better? Or does it depend on which museum or gallery?

i haven't been able to part with my figurines/statuettes for several days now. i worry that their paint/clay is getting damaged more than i should, and i find myself staring at them when my mind wanders (which is often). i feel less alone in their presence.

even sculpted fine shoulder blades for her.

i might be turning into pygmalion lite.
