^^ knowing the great big men with the itty bitty kitties made you guys happy... makes me happy :-)

And I'm happy in the midst of mild misfortune, because I'm still waiting for the furnace repairman, but I had some emergency backup space heaters and they worked.

I got very little sleep, keeping watch over them to be sure they'd cycle OK overnight, but sleep deprivation makes me kind of goofy and mildly affectionate towards the entire universe, so I'll take it.

Furnace all better now. Hurray! I am going to sleep like a *rock* tonight.

Serious thanks to WP. Just being able to tell someone what was happening helped me "set it aside" and cope with the need to wait for help. You can't put a dollar value on that. Thank you.
